Merely having 10 or 20 or 30 years as an attorney is insufficient to identify, litigate and appeal the key technology/law issues such many cases today contain.

Dean Boland devotes his practice to advising technology businesses, handling technology related litigation and teaching lawyers across the country about law and technology issues impacting their practice of law. Dean's briefs and arguments are regularly circulated to other counsel across the country seeking to be on the cutting edge of technology based arguments in their civil and criminal cases.

In addition to trial work as both a prosecutor and now defense attorney, Dean's experience as a court of appeals law clerk positions him to advocate for clients in federal and state courts of appeal. Dean is handling appeals in state and federal appellate courts right now from cases handled by other trial counsel. He has also argued cases in state supreme courts as well.

When your business or litigation involves technology, your attorney must be fully conversant in technology to insure courts are properly educated about the inherent technology issues of these cases and that nothing gets missed.

For your technology business or litigation matter, you need a technology attorney.
